  • June 22-23, 2023 for trainees starting on June 24
  • June 29-30, 2023 for trainees starting on July 1
  • July 6-7, 2023 for trainees starting on July 8 or July 11
  • July 27-28, 2023 for trainees starting on Aug. 1

All orientation activities will be held on main Baylor campus. An orientation agenda for each session will be posted once finalized.

**If your program starts after Aug. 1, you will need to work with your program coordinator to visit the appropriate offices (HR, Security, Occupational Health Program, International Services Office, and/or affiliate institutions) to obtain clearance to start employment.
